Amenities

At Shapes we are more than just a gym, we take pride in offering services that relax and make things more convenient for you.  For your comfort we offer large change areas and plenty of free lockers so you’ll never have to struggle to find one or worry about having to rent one.  After your work out visit our locker area and work up a sweat in our steam room or sauna.  You can also relax in our Jacuzzi.  If you’re tired of having to make a special trip to the tanning studio, we have private tanning rooms located conveniently in our change areas.  Get everything under one roof. 

Child Activity Center

Our Child activity centre is fun for all! It’s a place that you can leave your little one and take some time to yourself. The friendly, engaging staff will ensure that your child is entertained and enjoying themselves in a well supervised environment. The centre accepts children aged 4 weeks to 11 years, and are fully capable of keeping your child focused on fun! We offer either drop in rates or unlimited which allows you to come as much as you want. We also understand how sensitive newborns can be and have separate supervised areas to accommodate them. Each one of the activity centres is open 7 days a week with very flexible hours so you’ll find a time that works for you.

 

Largest Selection of Fitness Equipment in the City

Each of our locations contains hundreds of pieces of both cardiovascular and strength equipment.  We have everything from treadmills to spinning bikes, multi-stations to Olympic bench presses. We carry equipment from top names like Cybex, Atlantis, Star trac, Life, and Iron grip.  What does this mean to you?  That you won’t have to wait in line for a treadmill, or any other piece of equipment.  And you’ll find an exercise that you can use to work any muscle in your body no matter how big or small.  Each brand puts thousands of man hours into ensuring their equipment works the way it’s supposed to.  Our goal is to make your exercise experience as quick (or as long) and effective as you’d like it to be. 

Plenty of Free Parking!

If you hate trying to find parking you won’t have to worry about that at Shapes. We found that finding parking was an issue at other gyms so each one of our locations offers hundreds of spots that are conveniently located right outside.  So there’s no more 10 minute walks, or having to take an elevator just to get in.  Once you're done your workout you wont be dreading that walk back.
